Use the email options below to contact Branchlight support. You can get help even if you can't sign in.
- Describe what you were trying to do and what happened instead.
- Include the page link, error wording, and approximate time if useful.
- If it's an access problem, include the email you use to sign in.
Email from any device
Open your email app prepares a draft in your email app; you still need to send it. If no email app opens, choose Copy email address or select the visible address and paste it into your usual email service.
Please include only information needed to explain the problem. Leave out passwords, sign-in links, and unrelated personal information.
