Email links, passwords, and getting back into your account.
Use an email link or your password
- Open Sign in and enter the email used for your Branchlight account.
- Choose Email me a sign-in link. Check your inbox and spam folder. The link is single-use and expires in 15 minutes.
- If you prefer your password, choose Use password instead.
If you can't get in
- Expired or used link: request a new sign-in link and use the newest email.
- Forgotten password: choose Forgot password? from password sign-in.
- Wrong email: use the address on your invitation. Signing in does not add office assignments.
- No email arriving: check the spelling and spam folder, then contact support if you still need help.
Never send support your password or a sign-in link.
