Accept an invitation
Join with the right email and get help with an expired invitation.
Join using the invited email
- Open your Branchlight invitation and check the email address it was sent to.
- If you already have an account, choose Already have an account? Sign in, then accept the invitation.
- If you're new, follow the invitation to create your account and accept.
- Complete the education and any office setup presented to you.
If the invitation doesn't work
If you're signed in with a different email, use Sign out and switch account on the invitation screen. An invitation is intended for its named recipient.
If the invitation is expired or canceled, ask your workspace administrator or Branchlight support to review it. If you've already accepted, sign in with the invited email.
An invitation may provide setup access for particular offices. It doesn't necessarily include live findings or every office in the workspace.
